How did you start a chicken business at a young age?
I'm still in my early 30s, but I already have over 7 years of experience running a cafe in the same place.
However, the cafe's sales fluctuate greatly depending on the season, and the profits are not as great as I thought.
So I decided to change my business to the most popular menu. This is how I first stepped into starting a chicken store.
Why did you choose BarunChicken among many chicken shops?
I was planning to continue my business in this place.
So I had to find a brand that was not duplicated by other chicken brands and had differentiation.

58 chickens a day was enough to give trust and confidence in the food.
Is there anything different about operating a regular store and converting to an AI robot store?
The best thing is that the working environment for employees has improved dramatically.
It's really hard to hire one person. I only see interviews every few months.
In this situation, it has been a great help in managing manpower in that kitchen staff no longer have to breathe in fumes from the oil and the frying labor has disappeared. My heart is also at ease because the employees are suffering less.
Does the AI robot work well?
Yes, currently, all chicken frying tasks are handled by the chicken robot 'Barun-bot'.
When I operated a regular store, there were cases where orders had to be temporarily suspended
because we couldn't handle all orders during peak hours.
But now, even if there are many orders, the AI robot can handle them quickly and efficiently.
How does the AI robot affect sales?
By introducing Barun-bot, our production has increased significantly.
The total sales have increased significantly, so the profit margin has also increased. My revenue is now 2-3 times higher than it was at my previous cafe.
